And yes, I would have given very similar responses to the psychologist, when she tried to psychoanalyze me, and to Zoe, when she was being all emo.

Item #1: Honestly, Doc, show me a little respect. The primary reason I'm a dick is because it's the only way I can manage a shred of self respect as a self-sufficient individual in the making, while simultaneously keeping the world out of business to the extent that I can arrange it in a presentable light on the rare occasions that they can see it, because we all know how idiotic large groups of people like to (ramble....)

Item #2: Normal? Trust me, normal doesn't exist, and if it does, it's a damn low standard. No one is going to be normal, or wants to be, or should want to be. Especially you. Otherwise...insane, right? Idiot.
