I ordered the hardcopy of the comic like 2 and a half years ago. Still haven't gotten it.

yea...$5 so the money isn't that big a deal. Mostly I wanted it to read the extra backstory in it and because my family finds it inconvenient to read the
comic online for some reason.

I dunno... Is the story ready for a new arc to begin?
From not one but two near misses with the SUV, and the exploding light globe (they don't do that on their own) Zoe's paranoia has some justification. Actually being given the wrong pills could easily be a part of someone's attempt at killing her. Iit could all be a plot by principal Darc to keep Zoe from competing in the soccer game against Punxatawny - and getting the whole team disqualified. That certainly looked like Darc's eye in the SUV's rear view mirror. Swapping the pills could have been an accident at the pharmacy. Or maybe the pharmacist is Darc's sibling and did the exchange deliberately. The only other place they could have been switched is at home. Which points the finger at Zoe's mother instead. Unless breaking and entering is involved (unlikely but not totally impossible) For what its worth I grew up in NYC and have lived a lot of years since then. And seen a lot of dirty tricks, back stabbings, betrayals and the like along the way. Both experiences have made me cynical and a little paranoid. As they say just because you are paranoid that doesn't mean someone really IS out to get you. PattyM |

No they don't read it. That's the point. For whatever reason, none of them are capable of reading a comic online, which is why I wanted the hardcopy =/

What about one of zoe's friends. MAyeb even lisa, unlikely though.
I m just saying that lisa or someone else might be involved because they care enough about zoe to try and prevent her from being OUTED as a result of playign in the soccer game. |
